This coffee comes to us from the Madre Maria Association, a collection of 55 farmers. Located in the town of Santa Maria, Huila, a department in the southwest of Colombia. The coffee is processed via the washed method, and allowed to dry for 15-20 days in the sun. It's a smooth and sweet coffee, with notes of stone fruit, dried dates, and nuts.
